Quality assurance from the ground up
We set quality benchmarks against contract specs before site mobilisation — finish standards, tolerance levels, material samples, approved shop drawings. Contractors sign up to the benchmark so there's no debate at inspection.
Regular site inspections catch defects early when they are cheap to fix — not after final finishes are in.
Structured snagging process
Snagging is room-by-room, photo-documented and logged in a shared tracker. Each item has an owner, a fix date and a re-inspection slot.
We don't close items on the contractor's word — we re-inspect and sign off only when the fix matches the benchmark.
Handover and defects liability
At handover you receive a zero-snag certificate, full documentation pack and a 3-month defects liability window managed by us. Any defect surfacing in that window is logged, chased and closed without you lifting a phone.
